Epic 2026 takes place September 15th – 17th, 2026.
When should I arrive?
The event opens on Tuesday morning, September 15th, at 8:30am. There are no official events on Monday but check in will be open all day Monday, September 14th.
When should I schedule my flight to arrive in Vancouver?
You should plan to arrive into Vancouver on Monday, September 14th. It is about a 2 hour shuttle ride to Whistler. Please factor that into your flight arrival time.
When should I schedule my flight to depart in Vancouver?
The event ends on Thursday, September 17th at 5pm. You can fly out of Vancouver that evening, however it is a 2 hour shuttle ride to the airport so flights should be no earlier than 9pm. We will be providing shuttles on Friday.
Should I book my flights?
Yes, you can go ahead and book your flights. You will need this information in order to complete registration. We also have an exclusive Air Canada discount code (YBB7QUJ1). Add it to the promotion code field when booking an eligible flight. Please reference the Travel Guidance on Perseus Connect.
How do we book our hotel room?
The event team will book your room based on the information provided in your registration.
How will I get to Whistler?
Most attendees will fly into Vancouver International Airport. The event team will be arranging travel to and from Vancouver to Whistler. You will need your flight details when you register in order to help facilitate these arrangements.

I received an email saying I’m in a workshop for AI in Action or Perseus 101. When should I arrive?
Please book your flight to arrive on Sunday, Sept. 13. Your workshop sessions will take place on Monday, Sept. 14.
What are these workshop sessions?
AI in Action. 6 hours.
This full‑day workshop is designed for product leaders and engineers. You will work through a real‑world case study using an AI toolset. The focus is hands‑on learning, testing assumptions, and understanding how AI works in practice.
Perseus 101. 4 hours.
This workshop is for team members who are newer to Perseus. It brings together the best content from past events to explain who we are, what we do, and how we think.
